For GCs and tile contractors

The bed under your tile crew, by the unit.

For general contractors, tile contractors, builders and property managers. Strip-outs, shower and washroom floors, screeds, pool decks and scratch coat laid ahead of your trades and handed over ready for them.

Working with us

What working with us looks like

  • Bids from drawings

Send the plans and the finish schedule. The bid comes back by the shower floor, the square foot of screed or scratch coat, and the strip-out.

  • Clear handover

We lay the bed; your waterproofer, plumber and tile crew do theirs. Nothing in our scope overlaps another trade.

  • One trade, start to bed

Old tile and mortar beds taken to the slab, then the new bed laid by us, so the floor is never waiting between two subcontractors.

  • Washrooms and change rooms

Multi-drain floors in commercial washrooms and showers, packed to each drain and handed over ready for the membrane.

  • Pool decks for facilities

Dry pack decks around commercial indoor pools, laid between screed rails to a laser line, in bays around your other trades.

  • Set out with a laser

Laser lines on the walls, gauge sticks and screed rails: whole floors laid to the line, over in-floor heating included.

Commercial indoor pool deck

Request a bid

Send the drawings. The bid comes back line by line.

What to send

  • Drawings, or a plan sketch with dimensions
  • The finish schedule: tile size, stone or wood, so the bed height is right
  • The count: shower floors, square feet of screed or scratch coat, rooms or floors to strip
  • Drain positions and finished floor heights, where they are set
  • Access and hours: elevator bookings, an occupied building, night work

Add the drawings to the request below, or send them by email once Ricardo replies. The bid comes back by the shower floor, the square foot of screed or scratch coat, and the strip-out.
